Sauvignon Blanc, Viña Santa Carolina - Rapel Valley, Chile. - Dating back to 1875, the orginal wine cellar has become a national monument. Yellow-green in color, this wine is intensely fruity with gooseberry, pineapple and citrus aromas. Good with salads and also hot and spicy foods.
Chardonnay, The Chard - Crystal Valley Cellars - Calif. Medium bodied and dry. Floral and apple notes in the nose followed by baked apple, pineapple and grapefruit flavors highlight this well balanced long finishing wine.
Sauvignon Blanc, Fleur du Cap - S. Africa - Unfiltered Sauvignon Blanc.Clean, crisp and peppery.
Pinot Grigio, Bollini - Veneto, Italy. Bollini Pinot Grigio is styled to show intense varietal aromas, with an especially fragrant, perfumed bouquet, elegant, delicately focused white fruit flavors and a slightly flinty quality on the palate. The texture is crisp and clean in the mouth, with superb acid balance and a subtle nuttiness on the finish. The fresh, refined style is ideal for frequent, casual consumption.
Chardonnay, 7 Heavenly Chards, Michael David Winery - Lodi, Calif. Seven of Lodi’s best growers gave their souls and the firstfruits of each of their old vine vineyards to contribute to the layered complexity of this fanciful blend. Soft, supple pepper and licorice-clove notes merge into a sinful marriage of deep, brambly blackberries and lustful cherries. The finish is clean on the palate with hints of rich vanilla, cocoa, and mild tannins.

Crianza Red, Condesa De Leganza - - Spain. From the “La Mancha”, in central Spain. This wine is 100% Tempranillo grapes, a deep colored grape considered bold on the palate, and aged in oak for 12 months.
Rioja, Faustino VII - Spain. One of the things that makes Rioja wines stand different from those in other regions is the ageing process. After maturing in lake caskes, the wine is then aged in the bottle. Crianza is a wine at least 2 years old and aged at least one year in the oak cask. Reserva describes a very selct wine aged the same and a Gran Reseva is aaged at least 2 years in the cask and 3 years in the bottle.
Zinfandel, Solaris North Coast, Calif. This Red Zinfandel showcases grapes from 50- to 100-year-old vines grown at Driving Range Vineyard in Contra Costa County. Mad Dogs and Englishmen - Jumilla, Spain. A Shiraz, Cabernet and Monastrell blend. Jumilla is an up-and-coming Spanish appellation southeast of Madrid. This region is hot and semi desert with generally small grapes with highly concentrated flavors. This wine is big, bold and beautiful in the modern Spanish style. Cabernet Sauvignon, Viña Santa Carolina, Chile, Dating back to 1875, the orginal wine cellar has become a national monument. This bright ruby red wine is from the Colchagua Valley a sub region in the Rapel zone. The vineyard was planted around 1910 and has somewhat rocky soil with quite warm afternoons and very cool nights. Expect an intense and lingering finish
Pinot Noir, Chalone Vineyard, Monterey County, Calif. The wine features rich aromas of tart black cherries with hints of both clove and nutmeg. Ripe flavors of reapberries and cola follow on the palate. A small amount of Petite Syrah adds richness, giving the wine additional weight. This is a full-bodied wine with balanced acidity and a supple mouth feel.
